Program

We have four classrooms which consists of our 2s, 3s, 4s, and 5s (we group them by development but this is to show parents the age ranges).

Our program is mostly OUTSIDE (weather and air quality permitting). We will do a lot of our hands-on teaching outside in the community where we are lucky enough to be close to so many locations in Golden Gate Park (Botanical Garden, Japanese Tea Garden, Blue Heron Lake, Big Recreation Field, Koret Children’s Playground, Mother’s Meadow, Rose Garden, Heroes Grove, Music Concourse, Conservatory of Flowers, and other surrounding areas).

We hold parent only tours every other Friday. Please contact us to schedule a tour.

*Every Monday Morning– Music Class with Alexei Wajchman, who has been teaching music to young children since 2010. His classes consist of folk/rock singalongs, finger plays, and dancing/movement songs. The songs are a mix of his originals and covers ranging from Woody Guthrie and Malvina Reynolds to Nirvana and The Ramones. Alexei plays the guitar and makes use of rhythm sticks and maracas and teaches different lessons on music theory (beat, rhythm, melody, harmony, ear training, etc.) and music history/appreciation each week.
